Snack Crackers

I made these a while ago when I took dinner over to a friend who had just had a baby. I thought they would be cute to turn into bunnies (thanks pinterest) and would be a good weeknight snack that wasn't a full-blown dessert.
Thanks myadventuresinthecountry.com for the pic. I thought
about doing this for a book club I hosted around
Valentine's Day.

Chocolate Bark
Peanut Butter
Ritz Crackers

1. Spread peanut butter on half of crackers.
2. Make sandwiches.
3. Melt chocolate bark over low heat.
4. Dip sandwich into melted chocolate.
5. Drizzle extra chocolate on top of sandwich.
6. Cool on wax paper.

I remember Mom making these once. They were a good treat. I know I have also done these with Town House Crackers as Easter eggs, so there are lots of possibilities out there using these.

  1. I like these and can down a whole pile of them, unfortunately. They could also make good pumpkins, or basketballs, Soccer balls, etc. The possibilities are endless.
